By using Experience Logbook you agree to these terms. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement also applies.
The app
Experience Logbook helps aviation maintenance professionals record their maintenance experience and export it as PDF or Excel. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record and for keeping your account secure.
Your content
Everything you enter in the app remains yours. We don't claim ownership of it, and we don't sell or share it. It is handled as described in our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to break the law, infringe the rights of others, enter false or misleading information, upload malicious code, or interfere with the app's operation. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Subscription and free trial
- New users can try the app free. After the trial, a monthly or yearly subscription is needed. The price is shown in the App Store or Google Play before you subscribe and may differ slightly by country.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can cancel anytime in your Apple or Google Play account. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
- Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
Not affiliated with any authority
Experience Logbook is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by EASA, the FAA or any aviation authority. Exports follow common EASA- and FAA-style logbook layouts, but acceptance is up to your authority, training organisation or employer. The MEL calculator is for guidance only; your operator's MEL always applies.
Liability and backups
The app is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it working and your data safe, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data caused by technical issues, device problems or other circumstances. Please export your logbook from time to time as a backup.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, and continuing to use the app means you accept it.
